Blue Lime Catering was established in 2007.
Glenn has spent the last 20 years building his knowledge and experience in the food and hospitality industry.
He has managed national restaurants and has vast experience in the hotel and catering industries.
Glenn has also worked over the last 10 years with many Sydney caterers on events from 50 to 5000.
He has now decided to put all this experience toward establishing “blue lime catering” , where his objective is to provide fantastic food with excellent service.
