Entrée (2):

  • Smoked Salmon Roulade with cucumber & pistachio cream cheese with a Mescalin side salad
  • Trio of Australian seafood ( King Prawns, Pacific Oysters & Tasmanian Smoked Salmon )
  • Caesar Salad served with smoked chicken breast & crispy bacon.
  • Vine ripened tomato & bocconcini on baby rocket finished with pesto oil.
  • Field Mushrooms filled with creamed spinach & camembert

Mains (2):

  • Aged Angus Beef fillet served on a bed of Wasabi Mashed potatoes with seasonal Vegetables and served with a Red Wine Jus
  • Chicken Mediteranian served on a bed of Wild Mushroom & Thyme Risotto with fresh vegetables
  • Oven Roasted Beef Wellington served on a bed of Mashed Potato with Seasonal Vegetables
  • Fresh Tasmanian Salmon served with on a Pumpkin & Sage Risotto with a cream 7 dill sauce

Desserts (2):

  • Brandy Snap baskets filled with Orange & Chocolate Mousse and topped with fresh fruit
  • Chocolate Concord – light layers of Chocolate Mud Cake separated with Mousse and surrounded with Handmade chocolates
  • Individual Apple & Berry Crumble Ramekin served with King Island Cream & Berry Compote
  • Individual Australian Cheese Plate with fruit
  • Individual Tiramisu served with chocolate Sauce & fresh berries

Blue Lime Catering uses 1st class professional waiters / waitresses that will cater to your every need on the day.

A variant that needs to be mentioned which could vary the cost is what facilities are available at the venue. We would need to look at what kitchen appliances etc are supplied and what is required to ensure that your wedding celebration runs as smooth as possible.
